Former Cedar Realty COO Nancy Mozzachio Files Charges Against Current CEO
Ex CEO of Cedar Realty Nancy H Mozzachio filed a lawsuit against the company’s current CEO Bruce Schanzer for the charges of pay discrimination and sexual harassment. The decision whether of these charges is in the hands of a judge in Brooklyn.

According to Nancy, the current CEO of Cedar Realty has made some improper remarks about her breasts and also randomly calling her “babe”. CEO Schanzer is also being accused of making an imprudent comment about bringing some Double Ds to work while Nancy was drinking a cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Also, the current CEO Schanzer is said to be giving out uncalled for hugs at work.
Nancy was then fired from the company as COO after the lawsuit has been filed. She was terminated from her position after the meeting was canceled.
On the year 2015 there had been circulations that an external investigation is being conducted regarding the case, that’s also the time where Cedar Realty did some probing about it. However, Nancy stated the accusations of the female employees who were experienced the same harassment as well were never looked into by the investigators. Nancy Mozzachio is very well known for her triumphant career with the company. Starting her early years in the company last 2003 and 2004 as the Director for Leasing and Vice President for Leasing up until she has been promoted as Chief Operating Officer in the year 2004. Going back to her charges about pay disparity, she shared her sentiments about receiving a small amount of incentive she receives from the company, and compared to the company’s Chief Financial Officer, she receives a way lesser amount for her salary which should definitely be not the case. The said company has pleaded no guilty on the charges and after the investigation process made, the charges have not been approved and has been identified as no merit.
